Children who will be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2012 are eligible to register for 4 year old kindergarten. Children who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2012 and are NOT PRESENTLY enrolled in a 4 year old kindergarten are eligible to apply.
NEW families in the District are urged to come for registration or call Hillcrest Primary School at 715-524-2134, ext. 8506 for further information or questions. Applications for open enrollment and Charter School will also be available.
EARLY CHILDHOOD REGISTRATION
If you have a 3 or 4 year old who you suspect may have developmental delays – registration will be held on the same dates and times as the 4K and kindergarten registrations.
EVERYONE REGISTERING MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Proof of residency (light bill, heating bill, etc.)
3. Immunization record – all students need to be up to date on their immunizations. You may want to call the clinic or health department now and avoid the rush!
